These terms define the agreement between you and AlifTech Secure — whether you are purchasing products online, availing installation services, signing an AMC, or subscribing to GPS tracking.

1 Overview & Acceptance

This website is operated by AlifTech Secure. The terms "we", "us", "our", and "Company" refer to AlifTech Secure throughout this page. By accessing our website, availing our services, or purchasing any product from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with additional policies such as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and AMC Agreement.

These Terms apply to all users of the website — browsers, customers, vendors, dealers, AMC clients, GPS subscribers, and content contributors. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2 Eligibility & Use

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • You must not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not transmit any virus, malware, or destructive code to our systems.
  • Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your services.

3 Scope of Services

AlifTech Secure provides commercial ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and IT infrastructure solutions. Our services fall under the following categories:

  • Product Sale (E-commerce): CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, biometric devices, networking equipment, fire alarm panels, EPABX systems, GPS devices, and IT hardware — supplied as sealed units with OEM warranty.
  • Installation Services: CCTV surveillance, access control & biometric systems, fire alarm & detection, networking & structured cabling, EPABX / IP telephony, and home / building automation.
  • AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract): Preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and system health audits under comprehensive or non-comprehensive plans.
  • GPS Fleet Tracking: AIS-140 compliant devices, VAHAN / Parivahan registration, software subscriptions, and dealer programs through our sub-brand FleetNow GPS.
  • Consultancy & Design: Site surveys, system architecture, BOQ preparation, and security audits.

4 Payment Terms

We operate strictly on a 100% advance payment basis for all offerings — products, installation, AMC, and GPS subscriptions.

Accepted Payment Modes

  • UPI / QR Code
  • NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
  • Debit / Credit Card (a 2% surcharge may apply)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash (for local pickup at our Indore office)
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available due to operational and remittance cycle limitations.

Quotation Validity

Quotations issued by us are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated on the quotation itself. Product prices may be revised in line with brand pricing changes.

5 GST & Taxation

All invoices are issued with applicable GST as per Government of India norms. Our standard SAC codes are:

  • 998719 — Installation services (CCTV, access control, fire, networking)
  • 998712 — Maintenance & repair services (AMC)
  • 998399 — Consultancy, design, and site survey

Product HSN codes are mentioned on each invoice. Intra-state transactions attract CGST + SGST, while inter-state transactions attract IGST. Registered businesses eligible for GST input credit must provide a valid GSTIN at the time of quotation or order.

6 Product Accuracy & Availability

  • We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours or specifications shown on your device will match the actual product exactly.
  • Product availability is subject to change without prior notice, depending on brand stock, supply chain conditions, and dealer allocations.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the sale of any product or service to any person, region, or jurisdiction.
  • In the event of a pricing error (such as a typographical mistake), we reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the order — even after order acceptance — and issue a full refund where applicable.

7 Orders, Shipping & Self-Pickup

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on location and product availability.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • You may opt for self-pickup from our Indore office with prior intimation.
  • Shipping charges are mentioned on the quotation or invoice. Free shipping applies only where explicitly stated.

8 Installation & Site Readiness

  • Installation is scheduled only after a finalised site survey and signed quotation.
  • Site readiness is the client's responsibility, including civil work, power supply (230V AC, 5A point near each NVR / DVR / panel), pre-laid conduits (where applicable), false ceiling access, ladders or scaffolding (for heights above 12 feet), and internet connectivity for IP devices.
  • If the site is not ready on the scheduled date and the team has to revisit, revisit charges will apply.
  • Installation timelines are mentioned on the quotation — typically 3 to 7 working days for standard projects. Large projects follow a separate project timeline.
  • After installation, a handover document is issued listing installed quantities, configuration, and warranty start date.
  • Any additional work (extra cameras, cabling, brackets, conduits) not originally quoted will be billed separately.

9 AMC & Maintenance Contracts

  • AMC is offered on an annual basis — either Comprehensive (parts + labour) or Non-Comprehensive (labour only).
  • AMC scope, response time, preventive visit frequency, and exclusions are clearly defined in the signed AMC agreement.
  • Standard response time: same-day acknowledgement, with on-site attendance within 24–48 working hours in Indore and nearby areas. Outstation locations are covered under a separate SLA.
  • During force majeure events (natural disasters, lockdowns, riots, strikes), AMC obligations remain suspended for the duration of the event.
  • AMC payment is on a 100% advance basis — annual or half-yearly billing as per the agreement.
  • Damage caused by power surges, lightning, water ingress, physical tampering, or unauthorised third-party intervention is not covered under AMC.

10 GPS Tracking & FleetNow GPS

  • FleetNow GPS is our sub-brand offering AIS-140 compliant GPS tracking devices and software subscriptions.
  • Hardware sale is accompanied by an annual recurring software subscription. If the subscription is not renewed, access to tracking data, alerts, and reports may be discontinued.
  • We facilitate VAHAN / Parivahan IMEI registration where the device is on the approved list (such as the ATLANTA WP30L). Registration depends on government portal timelines and approvals; guaranteed turnaround time cannot be assured.
  • The SIM card (cellular connectivity) is to be provided by the client unless explicitly included in the quotation. SIM downtime or carrier-related issues are outside our control.
  • Dealer programs are governed by a separate Dealer Agreement covering pricing, exclusivity, minimum order quantity, and support coverage.
  • GPS Data Privacy: Vehicle location data is shared only with the authorised account holder. Data may be disclosed in response to valid law enforcement or court orders.

11 Warranty, Returns & Repairs

  • All products are supplied as genuine, sealed units backed by manufacturer warranty.
  • We are authorised dealers for brands such as Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Prama, ZKTeco, eSSL, Matrix, TP-Link, D-Link, Atlanta Systems, among many others.
  • As per these brands' policies, product replacement is generally not entertained — including in DOA (Dead on Arrival) cases. Repair or replacement decisions rest with the OEM.
  • Defective products must be deposited at our Indore office. We will coordinate with the respective brand's service centre.
  • The client will be notified for self-collection once the repair or replacement is completed.
  • Turnaround time depends on the OEM and typically ranges from 15 to 45 days.
Important: Refunds and exchanges are generally not applicable unless approved in writing. Software subscriptions (GPS, video management) are non-refundable once activated.

12 User Data & Account Information

  • You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information at the time of account registration and checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or inaccurate information.
  • Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.
  • Details of how we handle your data are covered in our Privacy Policy.

13 Third-Party Tools & Links

  • We may provide access to certain third-party tools and services (such as payment gateways, GPS software portals, and brand support links). We do not have direct control over these.
  • Your use of any third-party tool is entirely at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for any damage or loss arising from third-party products, services, or websites linked from our site.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — logos, images, text, graphics, software, product descriptions, and datasheets — is the property of AlifTech Secure (or its suppliers) and is protected under applicable copyright laws. No part may be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission. Brand trademarks (Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, ZKTeco, and others) remain the property of their respective owners.

15 Limitation of Liability

  • We do not provide absolute guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services or products.
  • AlifTech Secure, its employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including data loss, profit loss, or business interruption.
  • Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific project or order giving rise to the claim.
  • CCTV and security systems are designed to deter crime and capture evidence — they are not a guarantee against crime. Insurance and additional physical security measures remain the customer's responsibility.

16 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlifTech Secure, its affiliates, directors, partners, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Violation of any law or third-party right
  • Misuse of our website, products, or services

17 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at any time, without prior notice, if we suspect a violation of these Terms or any illegal activity. All obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination — including pending payments, indemnification, and intellectual property protections — will survive.

18 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

19 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For major changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered customers by email or WhatsApp.
